End-of-Year Student 1:1 District Technology Equipment Collection
As the end of 2020-2021 school year is fastly approaching, Boyd ISD will start collecting District-owned student 1:1 devices. All district devices, along with accompanying equipment/accessories (listed below), will be collected on each campus on specified dates below. Please ensure your student’s device is fully charged on this day.
Students will come with their designated classes to the school Library, where a member of the Boyd ISD Technology Team will collect and inspect devices and make sure that necessary items such as charger and bump armor padded case are collected. If any issued items are missing, we will notify the student immediately and a letter will be emailed to the parent notifying them of the associated cost for replacement.
Devices will be collected on the following days for students on campus:
|Intermediate/Middle School||May 17th and May 18th|
|High School||May 19th and May 20th|
|Elementary School||May 24th and May 25th|
*Virtual students will return all technology equipment on Wednesday, May 26th to the Admin Building from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Please contact Mr. Smith via email if you have any questions or concerns.
Replacement cost for items not returned:
